You confirm
If it works for you, accept it and pay the deposit to RumbiX. If not, no problem.
We deliver the machine
We schedule the date, transport and operator. The balance is paid based on hours worked.
What you pay and what is included
The exact terms are in your quote. Here is the general idea:
Payment to RumbiX
You pay RumbiX Venezuela: one point of contact and one bill.
Deposit
Usually paid before the machine is mobilized. The amount is in your quote.
Hour meter
The balance is based on the hours worked, as shown on the machine's hour meter.
Operator
With an operated rental, a qualified operator assigned by RumbiX comes with the machine.
Fuel
It may or may not be included, depending on your quote.
Mobilization
Delivering and picking up the machine on a lowboy or flatbed trailer. It depends on distance and machine size.
We take requests from across the country
You can request a quote for projects in any state of Venezuela, subject to equipment availability in your area. If we can't serve you, we'll tell you in the quote.

Is the quote free?
Yes. It's free with no obligation: if it doesn't work for you, no problem.
Who do I pay, and how?
You pay RumbiX Venezuela. We usually ask for a deposit before mobilizing the machine, and the balance is based on the hours worked (hour meter). The details are in your quote.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
It depends on the machine and the job. Your quote will state the exact minimum.
Who operates the machine?
If you choose an operated rental, a qualified operator assigned by RumbiX comes with the machine.
Who provides the fuel?
It depends on the quote: fuel may or may not be included.
What is mobilization?
It's bringing the machine to your site and taking it back, usually on a lowboy or flatbed trailer. It depends on distance and machine size, which is why we ask whether a large truck can reach your site.
Who is responsible for the service?
One point of contact: RumbiX. We coordinate the equipment, the operator and the transport, and we're your contact from start to finish.
When will the RumbiX app launch?
The apps haven't launched yet. In the meantime, you can request equipment quotes from this site.
What do you do with my data?
We only use it to answer your request and provide the service. We don't sell it or use it for advertising. Read our privacy policy.
