What you need to get started
Documents and vehicle
- Be 18 or older and have a Venezuelan phone number.
- A national ID card, a driver's license of the right grade, medical certificate, RCV civil liability policy, vehicle registration card and criminal record certificate, all valid.
- An approved vehicle in good, clean condition.
- No document counts until the RumbiX team reviews and approves it.
Commission
RumbiX charges a commission on each completed service. The current percentage is always shown in the app.
Since riders pay you directly, the commission adds up in your Account statement and you pay it from the app.
